OASIS Review RN

• Responsible for review of OASIS time points and ICD9 coding. Working with Clinical Managers and field staff to correct errors and improve accuracy.
• Responsible for reviewing records for the Medicare/Medicaid programs.
• Assigns ICD-9 coding as according to coding convention and supportive documentation.
• Assists with educating all staff, on an ongoing basis, on the use of the OASIS tool.

Qualifications:

• MUST have recent homecare experience.
• Must be a graduate of an NLN approved school of nursing. RN or LPN.
• Must have two (2) years of home health care experience required.

Ø      Bachelor or Master’s degree in management/administration with background in healthcare related field.

Ø      5 years executive level program development and management experience. Experience in both Home Care and Hospice and Outpatient Services preferred.
