6. Participates in the agency’s continuous quality improvement program.
7. Communicates effectively and tactfully with adult, geriatric, pediatric, and neonatal clients, recognizing their age, cultural diversity, needs, abilities and physical condition.

6. Conducts adult, geriatric, pediatric, and neonatal patient clinical record reviews to assess the appropriateness of care plan, the utilization of services and to ensure complete documentation of needed services.
